Here is a little info on our policy for giveaway items.

All giveaway items are non refundable and non returnable.

This also includes GIFT CARDS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

If you purchase an item(s) with your GIVEAWAY gift card or gift certificate those items are non refundable and non returnable. So please make sure to order items that you know you will love.
